Assam girl Riya Khaund is playing an important role in the upcoming bollywood film “Bollywood Diaries” which is releasing on February 25. In this film Riya is playing the role of Ashish Vidyarthi’s daughter.
About Bollywood Diaries
Bollywood Diaries is a Indian drama film, written and directed by K.D. Satyam and featuring Raima Sen, Salim Diwan and Ashish Vidyarthi in title roles along with Riya Khaund, Karuna Pandey and Vineet Kumar Singh in supporting roles.
This film is about three unrelated individuals – a guy working at a call-center in Delhi, a middle-aged government servant from Bhilai and a prostitute from Sonagachi,Kolkata. All three of them aspire to become Bollywood actors and the movie captures their journey and struggles.
About Riya Khaund
Born in Beltola, Guwahati Riya moved to Delhi after graduation for pursuing career in Acting at AAFT. After AAFT she got various opportunities to work on Hindi dramas. After getting high appreciation for her role in Hindi plays, Riya entered into Bollywood with Akash Choudhary’s “Apney Apney Fundey” where she played the female lead role. She also worked in Manish Jha’s “The Legend of Michael Mishra” where she worked with popular artists like Arshad Warshi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Boman Irani etc.

Her hindi short film titled “Taxii” directed by Assam born director Arunjit Borah, will also releasing soon.
