Aizwal FC has assigned the rights of making a film on their historic win of I-League 2016-17 to Rajnandini Entertainment, Mumbai wherein Nayan Nilim will be seen playing a pivotal role marking his Bollywood debut.
Aizawl FC, the current champions of India have signed an agreement with a renowned Bollywood film producer Tarun Rathi, assigning the latter and its partners to make full-fledged Bollywood film on the club’s heroic win of the coveted I-League Trophy 2016-17.
And the another good news is that Assamese actor Nayan Nilim will be a part of this film. In his recent Facebook update he mentioned “We have decided to make mainstreamed bollywood flim on its heroic journey from “zero to hero” all the best Aizawl FC football club”
“The historic win of top league of the country by the unknown low budget club of Aizawl FC deserves worldwide recognition visibility. Together with Aizawl FC, we can go a long way in serving the people of Mizoram and North East through the said Bollywood film. We will start the work soon,” said the producer.
Robert Royte, the Owner & President of the champion club said with full signs of relief that not only Aizawl FC and the people of Mizoram but the whole football fraternity will see a new boost in the ensuing Bollywood film.
