Jyoti Chitraban Mourns the Demise of Veteran Assamese Filmmaker Abdul Mazid

Veteran Assamese actor and director Abdul Mazid passed away on Sunday at the age of 86 following a cardiac arrest in Guwahati. Majid, whose illustrious career spread around five decades, has done some of the most remarkable works in Assamese film industry.

The chairman, Pabitra Margherita, Secretary Monita Borgohain and the entire fraternity of Jyoti Chitraban have expressed deep sorrow at the loss of the legendary Assamese filmmaker and send their deepest condolences to Abdul Majid’s family and friends on his sad demise.
