Adil Hussain plays the character of Sonia’s father in this film. This film is about the horrors of sex trafficking is unlikely to be an easy watch, but in Love Sonia one scene more than others left the audience especially rattled.

What people will say is a Norwegian film directed by Iram Haq. Its the story of Nisha is a bright and beautiful teenager, as much the ideal assimilated daughter of Norway as she is the ideal daughter of her Pakistani immigrant parents. Maati a the story of two people, two Nations. A story in search of roots, that goes beyond borders! A touching story of partition and the deep rooted pain. The lead roles are played by Paoli and Adil Hussain.

Maati is the story of Meghla, who learns the truth regarding the death of her grandmother who was killed in her ancestral home. Years later, she travels to Bangladesh and deals with the killer’s family who now occupies the house.

Apart from these, in 2019 Adil Hussain will be seen on Bombairiya, a black comedy crime drama film directed by Pia Sukanya. This film will be added on Netflix in March. The film also stars Radhika Apte, Siddhanth Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi and Ravi Kishan.
